ANIMAL FLOW® at Primal MKE - 6 week course - Fridays @ 4:30pm - May 21st to June 25th

Animal Flow® is a fitness program that combines ground based movements with elements from various bodyweight training disciplines to create a fun, challenging, multi-planar workout.
It reconnects us to primal movement patterns to help us gain a better understanding of our bodies while increasing mobility, flexibility, stability, power, endurance, skill and neuromuscular communication.
Animal Flow® includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results.
1. Wrist mobilization 2. Activations 3. Form Specific Stretches 4. Traveling Forms 5. Switches and Transitions 6. Flow Animal Flow® at Primal MKE is a 6 week program that will cover all six components including practicing and drilling movements and connecting the movements into the Flow!
By the end of the program, students will feel confident in creating their own endless flows
