Welcome to our Animal Flow course !
This fitness program includes a wide range of exercises and movement combinations that are grouped into six components, each designed to elicit specific results including Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Switches and Transitions, Traveling Forms and Flow.
This movement system combines elements of other bodyweight training practices such as yoga, gymnastics, and capoeira that are made fun and challenging to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination.
During this course, you'll learn a variety of dynamic exercises that can be adapted to any fitness level. Our certified instructor will guide you through each movement and progressions to help you reach your goals.
